He served with the Medical Corps in England, Italy, and Holland during World War II. He was discharged in 1945. After the war, he worked as a truck driver for INCO until his retirement. Abel married Laura and had one daughter. Abel passed away on December 7, 1988. CRONSILVER, Louis B. Louis was born on January 12, 1927 in Toronto, Ontario. He enlisted in the Army in January 1945. He served with the Queen’s Own Rifles during World War II. He was discharged in September 1945 and was awarded the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal. Louis has been a member of Maple Leaf/Swansea Legion Branch 266. CRAWFORD, Peter R. Peter was born on August 12, 1927 in Marmora Township, Ontario. He enlisted in the Army in December 1953 and served during the Korean War. He was discharged in December 1956. He was a member of Port Perry Legion Branch 419. Peter passed away on January 11, 1993.
