The inmates were let out for an hour of exercise and they pent it huddled around the pole, staring up at him. He was discharged in March 1946. He was a member of St. Marys Legion Branch 236 for 4 years. Joseph passed away in October 2002. GRAHAM, Robert A. Robert was born on July 22, 1921 in St. Marys, ON. He enlisted in the Army on June 8, 1942. He served with the Central Mechanization Depot, Royal Canadian Ordinance Corps in England and Canada during World War II. He delivered supplies to various camps. The closest Robert came to seeing action was when a buzz bomb landed in the town where he was stationed and blew up his favourite pub. He was discharged on March 9, 1946. He was a member of St. Marys Legion Branch 236 and Fergus Legion Branch 275 for a total of 50 years. Robert passed away on October 12, 1998.
