He enlisted in the Army in September 1966 and served with the Algonquin Regiment, Royal Canadian Infantry Corps, “A” Company. He was discharged in February 1970. André has been a member of Kapuskasing Legion Branch 85 for 7 years. BERGERON, Adrian Adrian was born on June 23, 1924 in Moonbeam, Ontario. He enlisted in the Army on August 17, 1943. He served with the Fusiliers Mont-Royal in England, France and Germany during World War II. Private Bergeron was discharged on May 11, 1946 and was awarded the France and Germany Star and the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp. Adrian has been a member of Kapuskasing Legion Branch 85 for 20 years. BEREZOWSKI, Theadore N. Theadore was born in Tarnopol, Poland on November 28, 1921. He enlisted in the Army on August 14, 1942 and served with Pacific Command in Canada and the United States. He was discharged on February 27, 1946. After the war, Theadore worked as a stone mason.
