He enlisted in the Army and served with the Black Watch of Canada in Canada, England and Western Europe during World War II. Bert was honourably discharged with the rank of Private. He was awarded the 1939-1945 Star, the France and Germany Star, the Defence Medal, the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal with Bar and the War Medal 1939-1945. Bert was wounded in action in Western Europe. He was a member of the Hollywood Legion Branch 425. Bert passed away on December 8, 1972. BRASH, Jack L. Jack was born in Westport, Ontario on August 21, 1921. He enlisted in the Army on June 12, 1940 and served with the Canadian Army (active) in Canada during World War II. He was honourably discharged with the rank of Private on May 19, 1941. He was awarded the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and the War Medal 1939-1945. Jack passed away on September 25, 1980. BRASH, Harold V. Harold was born in Westport, Ontario on April 2, 1923. He enlisted in the Army and served with the Regina Rifles 3rd Division in Canada, England and Western Europe during World War II. Harold was honourably discharged with the rank of Sergeant. He was awarded the 1939-1945 Star, Canadian Volunteer Service Medal with Bar, the France and Germany Star and War Medal 1939-1945. Harold was wounded in action in Western Europe. He was a member of the Hollywood Legion Branch 425 before he passed away on May 16, 2010.
